Book an Athlete Assessment

Connect with an ATSC coach to discuss your fitness goals, unique needs, and any questions you have about online training. They’ll work to create a personalized training program tailored just for you.

Train Anytime, Anywhere

Train early morning, late night, or between classes—with plans tailored to your location and equipment. With virtual ATSC coaching, you'll have guidance, motivation, and accountability, no matter where you are.

Select an Online Training Package

Select the training package that best fits your needs, either Online Client or Hybrid Client (a combination of online training and in-person workouts at the ATSC gym on Wrightsville Beach, NC).

Track Your Progress During Workouts

As you complete each exercise, log your performance, such as weights used, reps completed, and notes on how movements felt in the body.​ Even record your workout to share with your coach.

Access Personalized Training Programs

Individualized weekly training programs are delievered each week via Bridge Tracker app. Expect detailed exercises, reps, intensity, and progressions, all with coaching video demonstrations.
